8.22 Form 49: Add at the end:

"NOTE: A finding that you have contravened an order could result in any of the
following:

   (a)  imprisonment for up to 12 months;

   (b)  a fine of up to $6,000 for a natural person or $30,000 for a body
        corporate;

   (c)  detention and community service orders;

   (d)  sequestration of property;

   (e)  an order of compensatory access under section 112AJ of the Act.".
