FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 10.1

10.1 In this Part:

"key species" means any of the following species:

   (a)  blue-eye trevalla (Hyperoglyphe antarctica);

   (b)  ling (Genypterus blacodes);

   (c)  blue warehou (Seriolella brama);

"SENTF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the South East Non- trawl
Fishery.
