FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 10.2

10.2 For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy for an SENTF fishing
permit in force in the year beginning on 1 January 1998 is:

   (a)  if the permit authorises fishing for 1 or more key species - $3,255;
        and

   (b)  if the permit does not authorise fishing for any key species - $2,405.
