FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 17.1

17.1 In this Part:

"fishing concession" means a fishing concession that authorises the use of a
boat in an informally managed fishery;

"informally managed fishery" means a fishery:

   (a)  for which a plan of management has not been made under section 17 of
        the Act; and

   (b)  that is not described in regulation 4B of the Fisheries Management
        Regulations.
