FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 17.2

17.2 (1) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy for a fishing
concession is, for each year (or part of the year) in which the concession is
in force, $700.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a fishing concession if:

   (a)  the boat authorised for prospective use under the concession is also
        authorised for use under a fishing concession for another informally
        managed fishery; or

   (b)  the concession authorises only the testing of fishing equipment.
