FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 17.3

17.3 For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a fishing concession must
be paid:

   (a)  on the grant of the concession; and

   (b)  while the concession remains in force - on or before the later of:

        (i)    each anniversary of the grant of the concession; and

        (ii)   28 days after the invoice date for the levy.
