FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 3.3

3.3 For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a CSF fishing permit must
be paid on or before the later of:

   (a)  30 January 1998; and

   (b)  28 days after the invoice date for the levy.
