FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 4.1

4.1 In this Part:

"ETBF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Eastern Tuna and Billfish
Fishery;

"sector of the Fishery" means a sector described in subregulation 4C (1) of
the Fisheries Management Regulations;

"tuna" has the meaning given by subregulation 4C (3) of the Fisheries
Management Regulations.
