FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 4.7

4.7 If the holder of an ETBF fishing permit surrenders the permit by giving
written notice to AFMA on or before 11 November 1997, AFMA must:

   (a)  if the holder has paid levy for the permit - refund the levy paid; or

   (b)  in any other case - remit the levy payable for the permit.
