FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 34

         (1)   In this regulation:

"leviable SESSF ECDT fishing permit" means a fishing permit that authorises fishing by trawling methods for the East Coast Deepwater Trawl Sector, being a fishing permit that is in force on or after 1 January 2006 and on or before 31 December 2006.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF ECDT fishing permit is $2 515.89.

Note    The research component of the levy is $60.00.
