FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 43

         (1)   In this regulation:

"leviable SESSF scalefish hook boat SFR" means a scalefish hook boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2006.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF scalefish hook boat SFR is $3 011.34.

Note    The research component of the levy is $192.94.
