FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 67

                For section 110 of the Management Act, levy payable for a leviable WSF fishing permit is due and payable on the later of:

                (a)    31 May 2006; and

               (b)    28 days after the invoice date for the levy.
