FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 68

                In this Part:

leviable IMF fishing permit :

                (a)    means a fishing permit for an informally managed fishery (that is, a fishery that is managed by AFMA under the Management Regulations, but for which there is no management plan, and to which regulation 4B of those Regulations does not apply), being a fishing permit that is in force on or after the commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 2006; but

               (b)    does not include a fishing permit that is issued only to authorise the testing of fishing equipment.
