FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 323 OF 2006) - REG 44

         (1)   In this regulation:

"leviable SESSF GAB trawl boat SFR" means a GAB Trawl boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2007.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF GAB trawl boat SFR is $47 006.25.

Note    There is no research component for the levy mentioned in subregulation (2).
