FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 1 OF 2008) - REG 19

         (1)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable IMF purse seine for pilchards and sandy sprat species permit is $1 060.00.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable IMF purse seine for scalefish and other species permit is $1 060.00.
