leviable SESSF quota SFR means a quota statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2008.
(2) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF quota SFR to take a particular species, or a particular species in a particular sector or zone, is the amount specified in table 46 for that species, or that species in a sector or zone, as the case requires.
