FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 72

         (1)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, if:

                (a)    a person is granted a leviable WTBF boat SFR; and

               (b)    the person surrenders the SFR during the surrender period;

then, despite any other provision in this Part, the prescribed amount of levy payable for the SFR is nil.

         (2)   In this regulation:

"surrender period" , in relation to a leviable WTBF boat SFR, means the period beginning on the day the SFR is granted and ending 28 days after the SFR is granted.
