FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2012 (SLI NO 272 OF 2012) - REG 6.1

                In this Part:

"HIMI" means Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery.

leviable HIMI SFR means a SFR that is:

                (a)    granted under the Management Act for the HIMI; and

               (b)    in force on or after the commencement of this regulation.
