FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2012 (SLI NO 272 OF 2012) - REG 9.1

                In this Part:

leviable NWSTF fishing permit means a fishing permit that is:

                (a)    granted under the Management Act for the NWSTF; and

               (b)    in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this regulation and ending on 30 June 2013.

"NWSTF" means North West Slope Trawl Fishery.
