FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2013 (SLI NO 258 OF 2013) - REG 9.1

                   In this Part:

"leviable NWSTF fishing permit" means a fishing permit that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the NWSTF; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this regulation and ending on 30 June 2014.

"NWSTF" means the North West Slope Trawl Fishery.
