FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2014 (SLI NO 178 OF 2014) - REG 19

             (1)  In this instrument:

"leviable SBTF SFR" means a SFR that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2015.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable SBTF SFR is $0.2140.
