FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2014 (SLI NO 178 OF 2014) - REG 21

             (1)  In this instrument:

"leviable WDWTF fishing permit" means a fishing permit that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the Western Deepwater Trawl Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2015.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable WDWTF fishing permit is $8 180.55.
