2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Amount of levy

"3. For the purposes of section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy
prescribed for a fishing permit is:

   (a)  in the case of a permit granted on or before 30 June 1993-$4,830; and

   (b)  in the case of a permit granted in the period beginning on 1 July 1993
        and ending at the end of 30 June 1994-$1,985.".
