FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 328 - REG 8
Officials to have regard to guidelines
8. (1) An official performing duties in relation to the procurement of
property or services must have regard to the Commonwealth
Procurement Guidelines.
(2) An official who takes action that is not consistent with the Guidelines
must make a written record of his or her reasons for doing so.
