3. (1) For the purposes of sub-section 19 (1) of the Act, the address of each
office of the Department of Social Security is an address to which requests
made in pursuance of the Act may be sent by post to the Department or
delivered to an officer of the Department.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section 19 (1) of the Act, an address specified in
column 3 or column 4 of an item in Schedule 1, being an address of the agency
or each of the agencies specified in column 2 of that item, is an address to
which requests made in pursuance of the Act may be sent by post to, or
delivered to an officer of, that agency or any of those agencies.

(3) For the purposes of sub-section 19 (1) of the Act, an address specified in
column 3 of an item in Schedule 2, being an address of the Minister specified
in column 2 of that item, is an address to which requests made in pursuance of
the Act may be sent by post to that Minister or delivered to a member of the
staff of that Minister.
