1982 No. 209 Finance (Overseas) Regulations (Amendment) - RULE 3.
Review of advances
3. Regulation 33 of the Finance (Overseas) Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "the appropriate officer" and
substituting "the overseas certifying officer who certified the payment of the
advance"; and
(b) by omitting sub-regulation (3).
