3.1 Subregulation 127A (1): Omit "(g)", substitute "(j)". 3.2 Subregulation
127A (2): Omit "or (c)", substitute ", (c), (da), (e) or (f)". 3.3
Subregulation 127A (2): Omit "(g)", substitute "(j)". 3.4 Subregulation 127A
(3A): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(3) The Commissioner of Police may give to members, staff members or special
members of the Australian Federal Police directions for or in relation to any
of the matters referred to in paragraphs 71 (1) (a) to (j) (inclusive) of the
Act.". 3.5 Subregulation 127A (4): Omit ", (3) or (3A)", substitute "or (3)".
3.6 Subregulation 127A (4A): Omit "paragraph 71 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f)
or (g)", substitute "paragraph 71 (1) (a) to (j) (inclusive)".
