1986 No. 325 INCOME TAX REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 12

Furnishing of declaration

12. Regulation 54DAC of the Principal Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (e) and substituting the following
paragraph:

"(e) his status as a prescribed non-resident,"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (4) ", not being a prescribed
nonresident,".
