Furnishing of Medicare levy variation declaration

13. Regulation 54DACA of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
from paragraph (1) (b) "dependant who is not a prescribed person" and
substituting "dependent spouse who is not a prescribed person or one or more
than one dependent child who is not a prescribed person".
