1994 No. 266 MIGRATION (YUGOSLAVIA (SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO)-UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS) REGULATIONS - REG 3

Interpretation 
3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Act" means the Migration Act 1958;

"alien" means a person who is not:

   (a)  an Australian citizen; or

   (b)  an Australian permanent resident (within the meaning of the Migration
        Regulations);

"Yugoslavia" means the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro).
