1995 No. 38 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 72

72.1 Part 1 (Items 16 and 17): Omit the items, substitute:
  "16   members of the crew of a non-military ship that, in the

course of a voyage from a place outside Australia to a
place outside Australia, calls at either:

   (a)  a proclaimed port; or

   (b)  if permission has been given under section 58 of the
Customs Act 1901 for it to do so, a port other than a
proclaimed port identity document or passport
