MARRIAGE REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L01359) - REG 29

Offence in relation to interrupting an inquiry

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person engages in conduct; and

                     (b)  the person's conduct interrupts an inquiry being held by a Judge or magistrate.

Penalty:  2 penalty units.
