NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION (TRANSITIONAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 2010 (SLI NO 45 OF 2010) - REG 2

                These Regulations commence:

                (a)    on the day after they are registered -- regulations 1 to 5; and

               (b)    on 1 April 2010 -- regulations 8 and 9, and Parts 3 to 5; and

                (c)    on 1 July 2010 -- the remainder.
