1989 No. 173 NATIONAL HEALTH (NURSING HOME RESPITE CARE) REGULATIONS - REG 32

32. (1) Upon a declaration by the Minister under regulation 29 in relation to
the dedication of beds in an approved nursing home for use as benefit
respite care beds or upon any variation of such a declaration, the Minister is
to cause to be issued to the proprietor of the nursing home a notice in
writing stating the number of beds dedicated under regulation 29 for use as
benefit respite care beds and the seasonal approval period in relation to each
such bed.
(2) In this regulation, "seasonal approval period" has the same meaning as in
regulation 29.
