NATIONAL MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 1999 1999 No. 110 1999 - REG 50
Decisions not to certify reference materials
- (1)
- If the certifying authority decides not to certify a reference material,
or to vary the certificate in a way not sought by the applicant, the authority
must give written notice of the reasons for its decision to the applicant as
soon as practicable.
- (2)
- If the authority has not granted an application or
given notice to the applicant under subregulation (1) within 3 months after
receiving the application, the authority must, at the request of the
applicant, give written notice to the applicant of the reasons for the delay.
