1995 No. 245 PRAWN EXPORT PROMOTION LEVIES AND CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. For the purposes of section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable
in relation to a ship for a levy period is:

   (a)  if the ship is less than 10 metres in length-$50.00; or

   (b)  if the ship is not less than 10 metres but less than 15 metres in
        length-$100.00; or

   (c)  if the ship is not less than 15 metres but less than 18 metres in
        length-$200.00; or

   (d)  if the ship is not less than 18 metres in length-$500.00.
