1993 No. 282 PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REG 7

7. (1) A nomination must:

   (a)  be in writing; and

   (b)  set out the name of the candidate in the form in which the name is to
        be presented on a ballot-paper prepared for the election; and

   (c)  be signed by the candidate; and

   (d)  be sent to the returning officer.

(2) The returning officer must:

   (a)  note on each nomination the time and date on which it was received by
        him or her; and

   (b)  keep the nominations in a secure place.
