5.13 A representation referred to in subregulation 5.9 (3) ("amendment of
statement"), subparagraph 5.10 (5) (c) (i) ("conduct of proceedings to which
this Chapter applies") or paragraph 5.11 (2) (c) (" Commissioner may inform
himself or herself") may be made to the Commissioner in writing or by
telephone.
