1991 No. 71 PATENTS REGULATIONS - REG 8.4

8.4 (1) A request under subsection 92 (1) of the Act ("notice of publication")
must be in the approved form.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 92 (4) of the Act, the following documents
are prescribed:

   (a)  the documents specified in paragraphs 4.3 (c), (d) and (e)
        ("prescribed documents: public inspection");

   (b)  any International Search Report or Preliminary Examination Report made
        under the PCT and filed;

   (c)  if the PCT application claims priority under Article 8 of the PCT of a
        provisional or complete application-a document referred to in
        regulation 4.3, and a specification, in respect of that application.
