1991 No. 370 PUBLIC SERVICE (PARLIAMENTARY OFFICERS) REGULATIONS - REG 11

Circumstances in which recreation leave is taken to be granted if an officer is already on leave on 1 August in a year for less than 4 weeks
11. An officer is taken to be granted recreation leave for the excess period,
commencing on the day after the officer's leave ends if, on 1 August in a
year:

   (a)  the officer is on recreation leave for a period that is less than 4
        weeks; and

   (b)  the recreation leave credit available to the officer will exceed the
        recreation leave limit when the recreation leave ends.
