1985 No. 195 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (LICENSING AND GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REG 10

10. (1) Where -

   (a)  a test permit;

   (b)  a compliance statement certificate;

   (c)  a frequency reservation certificate;

   (d)  a temporary permit;

   (e)  a transmitter licence; or

   (f)  a receiver licence,
(in this regulation referred to as "the original instrument") has been lost or
destroyed, the holder of the original instrument may apply to the Minister for
the issue to the holder of a duplicate of that original instrument.

(2) Where the original instrument has been lost or destroyed, the Minister may
issue to the applicant, upon payment by the applicant of the fee of $5, a
duplicate of the original instrument.
