1985 No. 195 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (LICENSING AND GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REG 7

7. The following receivers are declared to be receivers for the purposes of
Part VII of the Act, namely, receivers that are, or form part of, one of the
following:

   (a)  AUSSAT receive-only stations;

   (b)  coast stations, Class A (receive-only);

   (c)  coast stations, Class B (receive-only);

   (d)  land mobile paging receivers;

   (e)  earth stations, Class C (receive-only);

   (f)  earth stations, Class D (receive-only);

   (g)  earth stations, Class E (receive-only);

   (h)  multipoint distribution station receivers (Class A);

   (i)  multipoint distribution station receivers (Class B);

   (j)  major fixed stations other than major fixed stations of a kind
        referred to in paragraph (e), (f) or (g).
