1986 No. 2 RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH REGULATIONS - REG 3

Interpretation 
3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears -

"leviable grain legumes" has the same meaning as in the Grain Legumes 
Levy Act 1985 ;

"the Act" means the Rural Industries Research Act 1985.
