Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations4. The levy that is imposed by sub-section 6 (1) of the Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985 in respect of leviable grain legumes produced in Australia is declared, with effect from 1 February 1986, to be a prescribed levy.
