1984 No. 184 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (PUBLICATION) REGULATIONS - REG 3

Publication of notices, &c., under sub-sections 9 (2), 16 (3), 16 (4) and 20 (1) of Act

3. (1) A notice under sub-section 9 (2), 16 (4) or 20 (1) of the Act shall be
published in the Gazette.

(2) The prescribed manner of publication of an advisory guideline under
sub-section 16 (3) of the Act is publication in the Gazette.
