1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.27

2.27. The trustee of a fund must give to each member of the fund all
information that the trustee reasonably believes a member would reasonably
need for the purpose of:

   (a)  understanding the management and financial condition of the fund and
        of the relevant sub-plan (if any); and

   (b)  understanding the investment performance of the relevant sub-plan or,
        if none, of the fund.
