1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.28

2.28. The trustee of a fund must give to each member of the fund all of the
following items of information:

   (a)  the contact details of the fund;

   (b)  in respect of the relevant sub-plan or, if none, of the fund-a
        description of:

        (i)    the investment strategy of the fund trustee, having regard to
               the requirements of paragraph 52 (2) (f) of the Act; and

        (ii)   the investment objectives;

   (c)  a statement to the effect that other information is available on
        request;

   (d)  details (in summary form) of arrangements that the fund has to deal
        with inquiries or complaints;

   (e)  details of the existence and (in outline terms) the functions of the
        Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.
