1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.53

Information by a trustee of a PST for prospective unit-holders

2.53. The information that the trustee of a PST must be satisfied has been
received by a person before the trustee issues an interest in the PST to the
person is all information the trustee reasonably believes a person reasonably
needs for the purpose of:

   (a)  understanding the main features of the PST; and

   (b)  making an informed judgment about the management, investment
        performance and financial condition of the PST.
