2.54. In this Subdivision:

"PST information" means information required to be given under paragraph 2.59
(b), regulation 2.60 (other than paragraph 2.60 (a)) and regulation 2.61;

"PST reporting period" means a reporting period that applies to PST
information;

"unit-holder information" means information required to be given under
paragraphs 2.59 (a) and regulation 2.60 (a);

"unit-holder reporting period" means a reporting period that applies to
unit-holder information.
