1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.66

Persons ceasing to be unit-holders
2.66. (1) Subject to regulation 2.67, the trustee of a PST must give to a
person who ceases to be a unit-holder all information the trustee reasonably
believes a person reasonably needs for the purpose of understanding their
interest in the PST on the day on which the person ceased to be a unit-holder.

(2) In particular, the trustee of a PST must give the person:

   (a)  information concerning the person's opening and closing balances for
        the period:

        (i)    beginning on the first day of the unit-holder reporting period
               in which the person ceases to be a unit-holder of the PST; and

        (ii)   ending at the end of the day on which the person ceases to be a
               unit-holder of the PST; and

   (b)  a reconciliation of those balances.
